Mold design VPMS company from January 2011. The press mold processing to design and program organized in CIMATRON software has served as work.
Process
1> receive the Japan CHIYODA company and assembly design drawings of the Assembly press mold from Japan NAKO company. 2> their own to create a plan to produce each kind of mold you are managing.
3>
4 separate each detail of the assembly design drawings received from the 2 company of the above in AUTOCAD software> to create each process to respond to each type of processing details.
5> to design a 3D drawing in CIMATRON software from the detailed drawings. (Consider the 3D data from the instruction of 2D drawings, to create a 3D shape.)

2011年01月からVPMS会社で金型設計。CIMATRONソフトでプレス金型加工を設計と番組編成 に仕事を勤めました 。
工程
1>日本CHIYODA会社と日本NAKO会社からAssemblyプレス金型の組立設計図面を受ける。
2>自分が管理している各種類の金型を生産する計画を作成する。
3>上記の2会社から受けた組立設計図面の各詳細をAUTOCADソフトウエアで分ける
4> 各種類の加工詳細に応じる各過程を作成する。
5>詳細図面から3D図面をCIMATRONソフトウエアで設計する。(2D図面の指示から3Dデータを検討し、3D形状を作成する。)

6>各種類の2D詳細と3D詳細の加工をCIMATRON E10ソフトウエアでプログラミングする。(各詳細はSKD11材料で荒加工されてから、HRC60になった時点まで熱で加工される。 最後には、許可許容範囲以内で要求サイズを達成する為に、加工される。)
7>加工しなければならない各詳細を電気インパルスする為に、各種類の電極を設計する。 (CNCで加工できない各表面である。)
8> 各詳細の変形や紐などを切る為に加工する。
9>上司に自分が管理している各種類の金型に関するスケジュールを報告する。
10> お客様へ譲る前に組み付けとトライします 。
