お客様さまに送る見積りを成作するという仕事である。入力回転数 10000rpm,出力回転数 2000rpm,伝達動力5kwの全密閉型の歯車減速機を設計する。
設計工程において歯強度,軸,軸受け,キー等の計算をする。
そしてAUTOCAD と SOLIDWORKS を使って計算された結果を図面で表し、また小型軽量化のための形状を工夫する。
最後に工場で設計した減速機を自分で作って、自分の設計を評価する。複雑な形で作られた物(マウス、おもちゃクレーンなど)を分解して、各部品をSOLIDWORKSで製作し、アセンブリする。
また、日常に使われている物をモデリング化して、シミュレーションにより部品の強度を計算する。そして、生産のため軽量で作りやすい形になるように設計する。

Also modeled the ones that are used in daily, simulation by calculating the strength of the parts. Then, designed to be made with lightweight easy to form for the production.
