Design refrigeration cycle consist selection of compressor, condenser and find appropriate size and length of capillary tube and evaporator coil.
 Research design options and perform experiments to determine potential design feasibility or application.
 Analyze customer/internal requirements and specifications and translate these into Mechanical designs.
 Perform extensive unit and system level testing to insure that all requirements are met and the highest product quality is achieved.
 As per design construct prototypes using rapid prototyping tool like 3D printer, laser cutting sheets etc.; evaluate and document their performance; identify possible improvements.
 Manages small projects and technical resources, including planning, estimating and follow through

Job Functions and Responsibilities: Design industrial valves and automation devices as per different standard API 6D, ASME, IBR etc. Drafting of all parts and Prepare ISO package file.
 Mechanical testing of valve finds different parameters like CV, Torque, Pressure drop etc.
 Daily follow up of venders. Inspection of patterns, die, wax and sand or investment casting parts etc.
